I've been thinking a lot about my time living in the South Bay recently and couldn't miss an opportunity to illustrate another one of my favorite Redondo Beach sport - The Standing Room. Located inside Catalina Liquor and Deli, The Standing Room showcases an extensive menu of creative burgers - Many of them with an Asian twist. I'm partial to a classic cheeseburger usually, but the Hapa burger (Spring Mix, Sesame Leaf, Onion, Spicy Vinaigrette, Korean Aioli, Gochu-Q, Fried Egg) and the Dressed burger (Bacon, Caramelized Onion, Spring Mix, Bleu Cheese, Smoked Gouda, Korean Aioli, Tomato Jam, Fried Egg) with a side of Truffle Parm fries cannot be missed. - The Standing Room 144 N Catalina Avenue Redondo Beach, CA 90277
