I've said it before, and I'll say it again - Pizza and salad is the perfect meal. In this case, it was two pizzas and a stunning whole woodfired artichoke, a handful of chopped kale, and pomegranate arils with the most delicious vegan green goddess dip. After hearing the hype, I finally made it to Skål Pizza for a late-night bite and the reviews were right. We went with the Mushroom Kalamata and the Pineapple with Spanish chorizo pizzas - Both delicious!
