I think about the falafel from Pita Kitchen in Sherman Oaks at least once a week. Their falafel continues to be the best I've ever had, despite sampling countless others. The beef kebab plate is also solid, and they have labne on the menu - a delicious Middle Eastern yogurt / cream cheese hybrid dip - which is eaten with warm pita as one does with hummus.
