The Big Mec at Petit Trois has firmly held its place on my lengthy and ever-growing list of must-try burgers in Los Angeles since I first had it in 2016.
Reserve a seat at the counter and watch in awe as Chef Ludo LeFebvre’s iconic double cheeseburger is expertly prepared and then subsequently covered in warm bordelaise just prior to serving. This is absolutely a fork and knife affair - Be sure to swipe up all of that delicious sauce with the accompanying side of frites.
