My husband and I indulged in the most beautiful dinner at Parkheuvel in Rotterdam, Netherlands a few months back. Located in Het Park along the Meuse River, Parkheuvel's fine dining program is led by father and son team Chef Erik Van Loo and Chef Juliën Van Loo. The restaurant was awarded a two-Michelin star designation in 2024, and brings the perfect combination of elegant presentation and playful flavors to each plate. We enjoyed five courses designed around the very best seasonal ingredients, all beautifully paired with wines selected by Parkheuvel's excellent sommelier Nick van den Heuvel. I will be dreaming about this experience for years to come.

Hand Drawn Restaurants artwork prints are limited to an edition of 100. Each print arrives numbered and signed by April Canlas Eddy, and is accompanied by a corresponding Hand Drawn Restaurants Certificate of Authenticity.

All artwork is printed on 250gsm white card stock and set onto a white 12” x 12” square mat with a 2” border. The printed artwork is displayed through an 8” x 8” opening.

Framed artwork is carefully placed into a wood gallery frame with a ¾” thick border. The matted artwork is protected with premium clear plexiglass and sealed with framing tape.
