Chef Laurence Jossel and the team at NoPa have focused their menu on organic, local + seasonal ingredients, and wood fired cooking methods with Mediterranean influence. The ambiance at dinner is lively and elegant, and the food is, of course, excellent.
If I had to share a short list of must-visit San Francisco restaurants, NoPa is definitely at the top of it.
Get the warm marinated olives to start, and split the wood grilled cheeseburger + the Moroccan spiced fried chicken with your date. Take your time and enjoy the people-watching.
