In exchange for your cash payment, he will hand you a beautifully cooked, rectangular pizza to eat at home - Or, if you're like me, carve a slice off to enjoy in the car.
The pan crust is a marvel - crunchy and fluffy all at once. The Sexy Roni (pepperoni, basil, ricotta, hot honey) and the Luna (white sauce, mushroom, ricotta, red onion) were so great. I can't wait to go back and try more topping combinations.
