The Kasama team's fortitude has been recognized time and time again however, earning top spots on numerous Best Restaurant lists, as well as a James Beard Award, a place on the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand list, and A MICHELIN STAR - designating Kasama as the world's first Michelin-starred Filipino restaurant.
I was able to score a dinner reservation for their 13-course tasting menu back in April of 2023 and it easily takes the top billing on my own list of tasting menu experiences.
