My latest illustration is a little love letter to the memorable dishes at Fat of the Land. The baguette with ham butter is reason enough to go: Chunks of warm, crusty bread with ridiculously good savory butter. Then there’s the refreshing melon and coppa, Galician octopus, and crispy patatas. Each dish completely different, but the perfect components of an overall wonderful meal. All that to say - Do not skip out on the Basque cheesecake. Even if you’re full, grab a slice to go. Your future self will thank you. I am already plotting to purchase a whole one for any upcoming celebrations. Can’t wait to visit the original Santa Ana location soon. - Fat of the Land - Irvine 2010 Main Street, Suite 170 Irvine, CA 92614 - Fat of the Land - Santa Ana 700 North Main Street, Unit A, Santa Ana, CA 92701
