I absolutely recommend the Let the Kitchen Cook for You option, which provides a comprehensive tasting of about 90% of the menu - The seafood forward courses were outstanding, especially Beef the Tartare with Ikura and Nori, the Uni Carbonara.
Be sure to end on a sweet note with the Ice Cream Sundae, and the cocktail program is not to be missed.
