Still thinking about my experience at Dija Mara. I had of those meals where each dish hits and you immediately start planning what you’ll be ordering next time. Bold Balinese fusion flavors. A little unexpected in the best way. Both elevated and super approachable. It’s the kind of place where you can easily go from “let’s just order a few things” to wanting one of everything from the entire menu. The pork belly skewers, roti, beef rendang, charred eggplant, green curry mussels, and the mushroom dish were all excellent, as well as the wine selection.
